Payment & Shipping

Important - Please read carefully. Damages during the transportation from 
Germany to the client.
All items ordered in the webshop are insured during the process of transportation from Germany to the client. Unfortunately, in some rare cases, it can be possible that your purchased products are damaged when reaching you. In this case we replace all demaged items within 7 business days and start a new shipping procedure without any additional cost for the client. 

Thats all. There are no risks for our global customers. If you have any further questions please feel free to contact us. 


Limited availability 

Many of the products shown here are only manufactured at our craftsmen workshops once a year in limited production runs. We therefore recommend that your order promptly because experience has shown that a number of items always sell out quickly. 

1 Validity area 
These terms and conditions are valid for all customers excluding people from Germany (D), Austria (A) and Switzerland (CH). Only the English language version of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale is legally binding for customers outside from Germany. 

2 Prices 
All prices are including tax (German VAT = 19%) and signed in EURO / SFR / Pound and US-Dollar. 

3 Payment 

The following payment procedures are possible:

 - Giropay

 - Sofortueberweisung

For all customers from the European Community who use the transfer with IBAN and BIC no fee is due by the bank. 

3 Shipping 

Some items offered by Saxonpark-Handcraft made in Germany are shipped directly from the manufacturer. It can take 2-3 weeks for these items to be delivered. But this is more exception than rule. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery of items in stock. 

4 Shipping and Handling 

Shipping costs are excluded (not in the price of the item) and depends from the destination. The fee for shipping have to be paid separately. Shipping is usually carried out by the DHL (German Postal Service). The delivery costs for shipping by DHL is separated in 4 delivery zones depicted in the following list. 


Zone 2 - Countries within the European Community 

Zone 3 - Countries in Europe but not in the European Community

Zone 2: European Community 

Shipping is usually carried out by the German DHL. The delivery costs for shipping by DHL is 16.00 EUR. 


Zone 3: Europe - but not within the European Community 

The following countries are within zone 3 - shipping and handling for a parcel up to 5 kg is 29.00 EURO.

Zone 4: World 1 

The following countries are within zone 4 - shipping and handling for a parcel up to 5 kg is 49.00 EURO.

Zone 5: World 2 

All countries which are not listed in zone 2, zone 3 or zone 4 are provided in zone 5 - shipping and handling for a parcel up to 5 kg is 49.00 EURO.
