III.General information for data processing

1.Processing of personal data

We process personal data only for the functionality of the website if necessary.  The processing of the personal data of our users will be carried out after user consent only.

2.Legal basis for the processing of the personal data

The legal basis for the processing of the personal data and the user consent is Art. 6 paragraphs 1 lit. a EU-GDPR (DSGVO).
To fulfill the contract between both parties a processing of the personal data are necessary. Legal Basis is article 6 paragraph 1 lit.b GDPR (DSGVO). This will be also applying to carry out pre-contractual negotiations.

The personal data of the users will be deleted or blocked if the purpose of the storage is no more necessary.

IV.Provision of the website and creation of Log files

1.Description and scope of data

Each opening of our website our system collects data and information of the user’s computer.
The following setting are not affected – the IP and other data which can be used to identify the user. Storage of these data does not take place.

Legal basis for the temporarily storage of the user data is article 6 paragraph 1 lit.f GDPR (DSGVO).

3.Purpose of the data processing

A temporarily storage of the IP address is necessary to provide the website. The IP - address will be stored for duration of the session only

The personal data of the users will be deleted or blocked if the purpose of the storage is no more necessary. In case of a storage of the personal data, the data will be deleted after finishing the session.

The collection of the data for providing the website and the storage of the data in log-files is essential. Therefore the user has no possibility to appeal.

V.Application of Cookies

a) Description of the data processing
Our website applies one cookie. The cookie is a text-file which will be stored in the operating system by the internet browser. In case of opening the website the cookie will be stored temporarily in the operating system. The cookie is a characteristic string.
As mentioned above Saxonpark creates one cookie only. The cookie is relevant for a correct processing of the basket. After finishing the order process the cookie will be deleted automatically or after leaving the website. The cookie is active only during the session.

c) Purpose of the data processing
The use of technical necessary cookies is to simplify the usage of websites. Some functions of our website cannot be offered without the cookie.

The stored data will be not applied to create user profiles.

e) Duration of the storage, possibility of contradiction and elimination
The cookie will be stored temporarily in the operating system and will be automatically deleted after finishing the session. Nevertheless the user has the control regarding the cookie and is able to delete the cookie manually. In case of the manually deletion of the cookie a lot of functions of our website are no more available.

VI.Newsletter

The user has the possibility to subscribe a newsletter. The following data will be submitted.

The data will be not transmitted to third parties. The data will be used for sending the subscribed newsletters only.

Legal basis of this kind of data processing for newsletters is Art. 6 paragraph 1 lit. a GDPR (DSGVO).
 

5.Purpose of the data processing

The E-Mail will be used for transmitting the newsletter.
 
All other personal data during the subscription process are necessary to prevent misuses of services or the E-Mail address.

6.Duration of the storage

The data will be stored as long the subscription of the newsletter is active. After the unsubscription the data will be deleted.
 

7.Possibility of contradiction and elimination

Termination of the subscription of the newsletter can be done any time by the user. There is a link in each newsletter. At the same time the personal data will be deleted as well.

We offer each user a registration with personal data. The user inserts the personal data a registration mask. The data will be transmitted and stored. The data will be not transmitted to third parties. The following data will be stored during the registration process:

A registration is necessary for offering certain contents and efforts on our website.

The data will be deleted after the purpose of the collection is no more necessary.
The registration does not lead to a contract.
 
 

5.Possibility of contradiction and elimination

The user has the possibility to dissolve the registration at any time. The stored data in the account can be modified by the user at any time as well. If the account shall be deleted please send aus a short note and the account will be deleted.
 

VIII.Contact form and E-Mail contact

A contact form is on our website available which can be used by the visitor. In case of a contact via the contact form the following data will be transmitted:

During the transmission process the consent of the user will be obtained and referenced on our privacy statement.
 
Furthermore a contact via E-Mail is possible. In this case the provided personal data and the E-Mail address will be stored.
The data will be not transmitted to third parties.

In case of transmitting a e-Mail the legal basis of this kind of data processing is Art. 6 paragraph 1 lit. f GDPR (DSGVO). Is the E-Mail basis for finishing a contract the additional legal basis for the data processing Art. 6 paragraph 1 lit. b GDPR (DSGVO).

3.Purpose of the data processing

The processing of the personal data of the input mask will be used for the contact only. For contact via E-Mail the processing of the data is in the interest of the visitor. All other personal data during the transmitting process are necessary to prevent a misuse of the contact form and to ensure the protection ,of our system.

4.Duration of the storage

The personal data of the users will be deleted or blocked if the purpose of the storage is no more necessary. The data from the contact form and from the E-Mail conversation will be deleted after the successfully finishing of the issues
 

5.Possibility of contradiction and elimination

The user has the possibility to cancel the consent regarding the processing of the personal data at any time. In case the user contacted us via E-Mail the user can cancel the storage of the user data. In this case the conversation can no more continue.
 
All personal data stored during the contact will be deleted.

IX.Rights of the affected persons

1.Right to information

The user can demand a confirmation if personal data are processed.
You have the right if your personal data will be transferred to a third party or an international organization. Furthermore you have the right to be informed if your data will be transmitted (Art. 46 GDPR (DSGVO)).

2. Right for correction

You have the right of correction in case of your processed data are incorrect or incomplete. The correction will be carried out by Saxonpark immediately.

3.Right for limitation of the processing

A restriction of the processing of your personal data is possible according the following conditions:
(1)       check of the personal data;
(2)       the processing is illegal and you decline the deletion and you instead demand a limitation of the use of your personal data;
(3)       the data are no more necessary, however you need the data for assertion of legal claims;
 (4)      contradiction against the processing acc. Art. 21 paragraph. 1 GDPR (DSGVO) and decision is pending.
In case of a restriction according the mentioned points the restriction will be undone after the officials informed you.
 

4.Right of deletion

You have the right to demand an immediate deletion of your data.

5.Right of data transfer

You have the right to receive all of your data in our system. The data will be transmitted in typical electronically format. We provide your stored data immediately.

6.Right of contradiction

You have the right of contradiction regarding the processing of your personal data based on Art. 6 paragraph 1 lit. e or f GDPR (DSGVO).

7.Right on a complaint to a supervisory authority

If you consider that the processing of your personal data is contrary to the GDPR (DSGVO) you have the right to inform a supervisory authority. This can be in the state of the EU where you live, work or where the violation toke place.
The supervisory authority will keep you informed about the actual status of your complaint  including the possibility of a legal remedy acc. Art. 78 GDPR (DSGVO).
