You would like to give away a gift certificate? No problem. You put the voucher with your desired amount in the shopping cart. After you have placed all your desired items in the shopping cart, go to the "Shopping Cart" and then "Checkout". Here you will be prompted to log in if you are not already logged in. If you do not have an account with us, you have to create an account. Purchasing with a "Guest Account" as a "Guest" is, with a voucher in the shopping cart, not possible, because the credit to be purchased is personalized. After successful completion of the ordering process and payment of the goods, the voucher will be assigned by us to your account. You can now dispose of the credit.
Use credit yourself
You can use the credit on your account yourself by selecting your credit in "Select payment method" during the order process. If the amount is not sufficient, select another payment method. The existing credit will be charged accordingly in the order.
Send credit
You have the possibility to give away or send the credit credited to your account, partially or the full amount to one or more persons who have an e-mail address. To do this, you must be logged in to your account. Then go to the "Checkout" after logged in. On this page you will find the details of your credit account in the lower section. Here you will find the link "Send gift voucher". Please then fill in the input fields and enter the appropriate amount in the field "Value of the voucher". The recipient of the voucher, will be informed about the credit via mail and will receive a voucher code. In order to redeem the voucher, the recipient must register on our website. As long as the credit has not been used by the recipient, the amount will not be deducted from your credit account. Only after the credit has been redeemed by the recipient, the total amount of your credit will be reduced by the amount you sent.
